Short Answer

Fair Data is an accreditation launched in January 2013 by The Market Research Society to show which companies handle their customers' personal data fairly. A Fair Data company must adhere to the 10 Fair Data Principles. Mydex CIC is also proud to be named the first Fair Data enabler - supporting other organisations to achieve this certification.
