Short Answer

We have identified many different customer journey scenarios during our work with connecting organisations, all of which Mydex CIC can support. There can be multiple different communication channels, for example as part of a face to face process or a phone-based interaction, but the steps in the journey are basically the same. They culminate in an individual having a Personal Data Store and MydexID and approving a Data Sharing Agreement with the connecting organisation.

More Details

We have identified many different customer journey scenarios during our work with connecting organisations all of which Mydex CIC can support. Many of the journey steps will use common features and it will be how they are configured together that will vary between journeys. Basic journey steps involve the following: offer made to individual via different communication channels; individual decides to accept offer and registers for a MydexID and Personal Data Store. For a first time connection they approve the Data Sharing Agreement and specific data can be read or written. At the end of the journey they can return to where they started if they wish to.
